Suggestion
I recommend adding "San Pedro Revitalization Corridor Strategic Plan" to this list. This coalition of neighborhood associations and businesses along San Pedro from Central to I-40 just received a "New Mexico Main Street" designation under their Urban Neighborhood Commercial Corridor Initiative.
