CPA Assessments
Every CPA will have an assessment completed within a cycle before the City updates its Comprehensive Plan. Two teams of planners will work in 2 CPAs per year for 6 years.
- At the end of the CPA assessment cycle, policy recommendations will be incorporated into the ABC Comprehensive Plan.
- Regulation recommendations will be incporated into the Integrated Development Ordinance.
- Planners assigned to each CPA will help implement and coordinate community projects with City departments, institutions, and community organizations.
