The Planning Department should create a handout, trainings, and/or an education campaign for wall/fence companies and the public about IDO regulations.

Absolutely need more outreach; what is on CABQ.gov is good--I often send links to documents about carports, do I need a permit, etc. Contractors and fencing companies need to be clear about the rules and held responsible for when they break them.
