Community members and partner organizations participated in a wide variey of activities through the Southwest Mesa CPA Assessment process. Pre-Assessment Survey
Before the assessment process even began, community members were weighing in on thier priorities through an online survey.
Assets & Opportunities
Throughout the assessment process, community members brainstormed assets and opportunities found throughout the Southwest Mesa.
Focus Groups
The City hosted a series of focus groups May 19- June 8 2021 to review community priorities identified as Assets or Opportunities. Comments from additional outreach are also documented with related Focus Group content.
City Council
The City Council accepted the Near Heights CPA Assessment Report on Monday, December 4 at 5 p.m. via EC-390.

Environmental Planning Commission
The Environmental Planning Comission (EPC) recommended approval of the assessment report on September 21, 2023.
