The City Council accepted the Near Heights CPA Assessment Report on Monday, April 3 at 5 p.m. via EC-237

Land Use, Planning, and Zoning (LUPZ) Committee
The Near Heights Community Planning Area (CPA) Assessment Report was heard on Wednesday, March 15 by the City Council's Land Use, Planning, and Zoning (LUPZ) Committee.

Environmental Planning Commission
The Environmental Planning Comission (EPC) recommended approval of the assessment report on December 15, 2023.
